First of two simultaneous responses --

Dear Nadeem Ul Haq,

Your question is not fulfilled. Kindly convey in what process is the pipe made to achieve 0.60 Rz max. For example by polishing, grinding or any. Specify what kind of tool you use during manufacturing.

It will be more helpful to guide in your subject regards.

Second of two simultaneous responses --

#1 I'd check to find out where and how the scratches are occurring and try to correct the problem before it occurs. If it is an on going problem the #2 I'd take steps to protect the part such as masking or padding area prior to assembly. #3 Only as a last resort would I consider buffing out the scratches with a non-woven wheel.
