Seeking ways to inspect pretreatement system with video

We are looking for way to inspect our pretreatment system(nozzles, headers, risers..etc) while it is operating. We have discussed running camera equipment through the system on line. Has anyone tried to do this before that could be of some assistance? Is there already waterproof equipment designed for this purpose?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

This is going to be very hard to do. When things are spraying, you're going to have a great deal of fog, splashing, condensation on the equipment, etc. Plus, when you add light so you can see things, you're going to have that refracted and reflected.

If you're worried about proper operation, the best thing to do is conduct proper maintenance, make sure things are aligned, etc. Many have found it useful to turn down spray rates to the point that they can do a quick check of alignment, proper spray pattern, etc.

Might a visit in a diving shop would help you out.
