Passivation Type Call-Out

What different types of passivation are there?. The print call-out says per QQ-P-35 type optional. The material is 304L

QQP35 has four types, two of which are recommended for 304.

You can read it at http://assist.daps.dla.mil/quicksearch/

Also note that QQ-P-35C [from DLA] has been replaced by ASTM A967 and SAE/AMS2700 for aerospace, both of which allow citric type passivation as well as the nitric. Let us know if we can help.
