Stainless steels with 48 hours minimum salt spray life

Please suggest the steel grades with minimum of 48 hours salt spray life for the purpose of Heat shield to be used in Tail lamp of Car. We have SUS 304 with us but that cost us much for the Heat Shield purpose.

Dear Mr Sujith Kumar,

Why not try Black CED Coating? The Black will absorb any heat from the bulbs and provide electrical insulation that is if you find that Zinc Plating is unsuitable in the first place.
