Electropolish for Valve big size

Hi every one,
I need some help with the Valve, I try to EP some of them and it seem to be working very good the only problem I have is the inside of the valve, mean the tubing FROST quickly inside, is there any one that can suggest me any solution I can use or a way for me to EP them without having to deal with this problem, or if any one have a design for Rack that I can make that allow me to Ep the valve. I try to run a cathode inside and at the same time put some cathode I made outside I get a good result on the outside but the inside frost.
your answer would be really appreciated
thank you in advance
Kevin

Kevin,
Disconnect the existing cathodes. Make an internal cathode with as much area as possible. Test the system without the external cathodes. When you can successfully electropolish the inside, add a small area of external cathode sufficient to get polishing on the outside. Remember to increase to applied current. You may be surprised how much of the outside polishes with only the "internal cathode".
