Hi, Saravana. I suppose it's possible to make silver acetate, but one needs to know enough chemistry to be certain that no fulminates will be created during any of the steps (and I don't). But this is a very basic commodity chemical so I am trying to understand why a lab would be attempting to make it rather than buy it. Sorry that I'm misunderstanding.
