Anodising and brite dip tank sizes

Hello Everybody to all respected people here who share their knowledge with each other for helping everybody here.

I have a anodising unit a very small one.I have brightening tank and anodising tank.
Brightening tank size is 2.5 X 2.5 X 2.5 Feet made of steel and its inner wall are welded with lead. I am manufacturing lighting reflector. Reflector have size 160MM OD X 100MM depth get a better mirror finish compare to 250 OD x 180MM size. May I know the reason why. Is there is any thing wrong with me brightening tank size. Please suggest some books
for me to study. My criteria is to get high mirror finish on my reflector for all sizes

I don't see anything wrong with the tank size, Yogesh. But larger reflectors are harder to chemically polish simply because of solution agitation, accumulation of gas bubbles, etc. I am not familiar with constructing brite dip tanks from anything other than 316L stainless steel, though, and I am interested to hear how durable your lead-lined tank proves to be.
