Hard copper plating that can be etched best
I want to do chemical etching on hard copper of hardness 190-210. My problem at the moment is getting stains on roller while etching with ferric chloride ⇦ this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] . What parameters should I change in hard copper plating? Currently using 28 degree C as plating temperature and current density of 20 amp/sq dm. Any suggestion on pre treatment or post treatment is welcomed.
