ELECTROPLATING BATH FOR CYANIDE COPPER
WHAT SHOULD BE USED FOR THE ANODE CORROSION IN THE CYANIDE BASED COPPER BATHS.

Hi, Amit. I don't think you should be looking for a bath additive in this particular case, but for the right anode material. I think you need phosphorous anodes. Second opinions welcome.

Amit,
Free Cyanide in the bath aids in anode corrosion. You shouldn't have to add any copper cyanide as the copper metal usually rises in the bath (with normal dragout). If you aren't getting proper anode corrosion check your free cyanide in the bath. High purity oxide free anodes should be used in the bath. Good Luck to you.
