Aluminized Epoxy Topcoat was wiped with MPK. Is it harmed?
April 15, 2009
A customer has taken it upon themselves to wipe down parts that have an aluminized epoxy coating, with MPK. Does it stand to reason that MPK will remove that epoxy coating?
Thanks,

Derek,
Your customer has done it, so there is no need to try and reason out or predict whether the action might remove the coating - your customer has the direct answer to your query, and surely they can simply tell you either that the coating was removed or that the coating was not removed.
The header of your post says "harmed" but in the post you say "removed". They need not be the same. I have assumed that you meant "removed".
