Need tin alloy platings to withstand high reflow temperature

I am looking for Tin(or tin alloy) platings used in electronic industry, which could withstand higher reflow temperature.
The platings would be plated on Copper or Aluminum, and must have good solderability with SnPb or SnAgCu solders.
The reflow temperature could be as high as 280¡æ on the surface and lasting for nearly 60 seconds.
We do not have any plating plants, so I need to know where could I get it?
If you could provide such a kind of plating or have a clue, please leave a message or contact me directly via Email.
Thanks a lot!
