Removing porcelain from tooling without freezing

We produce porcelain baskets for washing machines would like to know if there is some kind of chemical or process to allow us to remove the porcelain from the tooling without freezing.

Can anyone please help?

Perhaps if you told us what kind of tooling you have and what is the base material they are made of.
