WE DO HEAVY DEPOSIT HIGH PHOS ELECTROLESS NICKEL. ONE OF OUR BIGGEST PROBLEMS IS IN THE CATEGORY OF EDGE PULL BACK. LOOKING FOR ALL INPUT IN ELIMINATING THIS PROBLEM.

Edge pullback comes from cadmium and lead.
Do everything in your power to reduce plating rate like low concentration, low PH, low Temp, low air agitation.
These steps are specially important for the first MTO
