Is there any institution who conducts training for electroplating metals?

Hi! I need to know where I could find any institutions who teaches how and what is electroplating. I am currently considering to learn the trade and I could find any school who conducts such endeavor. I am in the trophy and medals business here in the Philippines. Thanks!
