CCT-1 test for stainless steel SS-302 after passivation

WHAT IS THE BEST METHOD FOR PASSIVATION OF STAINLESS STEEL BOLT (MATERIAL SS-302), TO WITHSTAND 100 CYCLES OF CCT-1 TEST

Passivate per ASTM A967 specification. If you are passivating correctly, the next major factor in corrosion test endurance is the grade of stainless you are using. I.e. 316 is better than 304, etc.

Let us know if we can help you.
