Heavy sludge dust in phosphating

In my phosphating bath, the sludge removal of excelor is not working in line. Without out excelor filter how can I control the sludge dust from the component.i.e.after phosphating the sludge dust are carry over to component.

Here I am working in customer end.For this problem I need valuable answer from your side.

Hi,
You can use an external overhead tank for collecting the bath solution after your operations for some time so that the sludge can settle at bottom side.
While starting your operation you should recollect the solution in to tank from upper side of collection tank so that the sludge can be removed at bottom side.
You can repeat this everyday till your excel filter get OK.
