Used PET plastic material as powder coating raw material

I am in plastic recycling business, in my recycling plan, there are so many of used PET plastic material, some thing like used PET packaging etc. actually I don't know any more about the powder coating, I have an idea to pulverize this used PET material to become powder form at around 60 mesh. Here my question is: this PET powder form can be made as polyester powder coating raw material?
