Effect of chlorine on SS304

What is the effect of chlorine on SS 304 pipelines. I mean what is the safest level [in PPM] of chlorine in water distributed thru SS 304 pipelines.This water is used as a feed water for multicolumn distillation to produce purified water for use in pharmaceutical formulations?
