Hi, Grimbo. The hydrogen bubbles produced will be directly proportional to the current per Faraday's Law. But actually, you have no such choice because Ohm's Law dictates that the current you get will be equal to the voltage divided by the resistance. But you can plan on about 100 amps per square foot for the current. Depending on the size of your electrocleaning tank, and the exact electrocleaning solution you choose, this will probably require something like 6 to 9 volts.
