Colloidal Silica Removal from Treated Effluent
We are silica manufacturing unit. In our final treated effluent Suspended Solids is an issue although we have provided a couple of incline plate settlers (Coagulation & Floculation). Need some assistance in this regards.

We suggest use an Iron salts like FeCl2 or FeSO4.
Or use Electrolysis with Iron electrode plates.
You will have a broken colloid with electrolysis and the effluent results will very good. We had these practice experience at a production facility of metasilicates in Holland.
