Can an N9 or N7 Surface Finish be achieved by a planar machine




I'm having a problem regarding obtaining a surface finish of N9 or N7 by using a planar.
the size of two plates which are to finished for assembly are of larger sizes to be handled at milling.thats why I'm left with a planar choice.can you please help me regarding achieving N9 and N7 finishes by using a planar
