G609 black anodized aluminum alloy

Hello my name is David I'm a bike mechanic in NYC
I was wondering if you can help me out with a bike rim that I have
its anodized black bike rim I want to strip the anodizing and polish to to a mirror finish
I want to know what the process of going about this
