Zinc Coating 210 litre / 55 gallon drums

I am looking to set up a 220 liter/ 55 gallon drum factory, instead of painting the drums we want to zinc plate them.
Is there anybody doing this, can one seam-weld zinc plated sheet or do we need to make up drum bodies and plate after welding?
How do I go about setting up a Zinc plant as I have no knowledge re equipment and consumables etc?
Drums destined for the fruit-pulp industry, is zinc coating toxic for foodstuffs ?
Any advise or assistance will be greatly appreciated

Hi, Peter. Zinc is not a food-safe metal. Sorry, but this idea is not a promising one.
