Need the surface treatment on Inconel
I had the pressed part in 0.1 mm thickness Inconel (Cr20Ni80) as moving blades. The client requirement in Higher Heat resistant(700C) & not Shiny. Anybody can help me to propose the surface treatment on it. I try many method but the plating is failed with bad adhesion. Since, the material is too thin, not good to blasting.

Are you sure your material is .1 mm thick? If it is, I don't see how anything can be done to it.
