Rusting problem in phosphated surface

December 20, 2008

Dear Sir,
We are facing a serious problem of rusting on phosphated surface even though we have applied rust preventive oil. But it is happening after one week .

With regards

Better use the high viscosity Oils for protection, Before putting oils please dip it in sealant or lacquer for more Prevention. Better you discuss with your phosphating chemical supplier, they will provide the better kind of sealants.
