Hi, Venugopal. Can you please phrase your question in terms of your own situation? Are you asking us to render an opinion on a contract dispute over parts that deteriorated in transit? Are you asking for a suggestion to improve your methods because they are causing some particular problem? If so, what problem is that? I think it highly improbable that packaging suggestions for tiny powder coated screws would be applicable to painted farm equipment and vice versa. Please help us help you by describing your situation.

I think Ted is correct and I have not come across a standard for packing. As Ted pointed out each item has its own packing requirements. Large items could be packaged onto stakes protected by a foam. Small items could be packed into boxes but individually wrapped in tissue. Please note: DO NOT WRAP IN CORRUGATED BROWN PAPER. This product is usually made from waste products and WILL act as an abrasive material to the powder coated surface.
