Black Nickel Plating - Solderability
I need more information on black nickel plating solderability issue. My base material is nickel silver C752, plated with solderable black nickel. Will the mass composition affect the solderability tremendously ? With higher Sn composition, will it give a better solderability as compared to a same part with lower composition in Sn? Need advise from expert.
