About chemical masking
I have AL-6063-T5 parts to be black anodized, but some certain area needs to be masked for EMC concern. I was told there is a kind of chemical or lacquer which is good with masking. Can you give suggestion what chemical should be applied? Thanks.

There are several methods you can use. From hand laid tapes & paints to plotter cut adhesive film to photomasks produced by photosensitive sprayed or laminated films. The latter were developed to produce microcircuits with use of a negative (black and transparent image) of the areas you want to mask. The resolution you can get with this method goes down to microns but requires a dedicated installation for consistent results.
