Pumping Sodium Hypophosphite
We use a meter pump to deliver sodium hypophosphite to our electroless nickel tank. For the past year or so this pump has been unable to hold calibration. We have changed everything we can mechanically think of. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Any ideas on how to remedy?

If the head or the lift are very nearly the same it should pump at the same rate. It sounds like it has a leak on the suction side piping. If not, buy a higher quality pump.
