Will anodized stainless steel seize with another stainless steel part?

I was wondering if you have a "U"-bolt that is made out of stainless steel anodized, will the nut still seize the two together still?

Thank you

There are very few places that can anodize stainless steel and it is questionable on how much anti galling properties it will give you.
I would look at having one of the two parts electroless nickel plated. 0.0005" should be enough.
I would strongly consider using a dry film lubricant on the bolt portion. This is easy to do with the correct product and an oven.
