Problem in Nickel Chrome Plating

Dear All,

We are the platers located in India. We have good auto line setup for chrome plating.
Now we are facing many problems in this line, i.e., Black mark problem, burn marks in the contact region.

We had gone through Dummy plating, some additions based on analysis but until now we are not satisfied with our results.

Please let me know how to solve the problem.

It is time to bring in a consultant. It cannot be analyzed by vague descriptions.
