Painting Spec for Nitrogen Tank

Hey my name is Oluka Isaac from Nigeria, Port Harcourt.

my Question is this please: I'm having problems painting a life Nitrogen tank in a petrochemical plant the tank cools at -50 ° C please can I have a detail spec and paint with the procedure?
