Deburring round pipe
My question is, what is out there to deburr the inside diam. of round tubing with a 2 inch diam. wall thickness of .065. right now we use a dyna file with sandpaper but hard on the wrist turning the tube,, I haven't been able to find a site that carries cone shaped sandpaper tubes which would be great or like a stone cone for that size diam. Any ideas , we do a lot of parts a day we need something fast and easy on the hands.

Hi, Kevin. I'm guessing here, but are you a pipefitter and we're talking about copper tubing, and it will be soldered?

Plumbers use a cone shaped deburring tool for the ID. It is available at most shops that sell pipe dies.
