Chrome Plating ABS Tubes From Inside
Dear technocrats
I have a mold with ABS tubes which due to some reason has microscopic craters or scratches on the inner surface of tubes. The inner surface is our molding surface and due to roughness our casts are getting rough surface and material adheres to the inside of tubes.
I find chrome plating on ABS is very well done, I need to know exactly how can chrome plating be done on inner surface of tubes of 10 mm ID and 85 mm length of 3mm thickness.
The tubes are mirror finish molded products.
I'm happy to have your earnest responses.

Electroless copper followed by something like electroless nickel will work for your application, but chrome is going to be nearly impossible for your part. It WILL have a high rate of failures and will be very labor intensive and require an extreme level of precision as you need an anode to go thru the center.
