Skip Plating Problems

We are doing plastic chrome plating here in the Philippines for more than a year.
We encountered skip plating just like pitting after copper sulphate. What is the cause of that? Can you help me?

Joemer,
In copper sulphate this on eBay or Amazon [affil links] baths skip plating is usually caused by excessive organics that interfere with the leveling of the deposit. I would carbon treat the bath, add back additives per hull cell tests. Also check to make sure the bath agitation is sufficient. Good Luck!
