We are using HR & CR sheets for our finish products and sold to Overseas market. 45 to 50 days is the transit time and one or two months is inventory at warehouse. Means 3 to 4 months our product is packed in boxes, we are using rust prevention but some time rust is happened at the time of box opening. kind suggest the suitable Rust prevention.

How can anyone help you? The only information we are given is - some item may rust after six months in a box. What is the pretreatment, Zinc Phosphate? What type of coating is used, Polyester powder? What packing material is used in transit, grease, silica, anti rust (vapour) brown paper (can't think of the name)?

To get a reasonable reply, you need to provide more information. How are they packaged and how are they shipped. You state "rust prevention" but do not tell us what you are doing for it.
Are these bare steel parts, coated, plated or?
