White spots afflict green passivation after a few days

After green passivation we have found very tiny white spots on the fastener after a few days. What is it and why does it happen. How to prevent it from happening.

green passivation has 8 Microns of zinc plating and made in 80ml/Ltr concentrate in DM Water.
