Problem with platinum plating

Hello,
We have use a platinum plating solution of Degussa Platuna N1 but still we are not able to get the desire result from platinum plating, the problem occurs like gray effect and yellow shade.

Degussa is a major player in this industry and has a tech service department to handle problems like this. No one knows more about the operation of this plating than the MFG>
