Hi, Rohit. This could mean a dozen things to a dozen different people. You need to put this into context. Thanks.

hi

Root Coating is a process done on glass. As far as I know, it is a special type of coating. I am looking for more details but cannot find it anywhere. can anyone help me on this.

Hi, Rohit. I'd like to help you if possible but this is the 3rd time we're trying to get across the idea that in order for us to do so you need to be forthright about your situation. Are you a student writing a thesis and the prof mentioned this phrase, or is your competitor claiming to use this process on their parts, or have you contracted to apply this process onto some goods that you've sold, or what? You already know that if you google the term it leads to botanical themes rather than surface finishing. What motivates the question -- it didn't just fall out of the sky. What kind of parts are you contemplating applying it to? Why do you want to know about root coating rather than boot floating or loot smoting? Thanks!

Hi Ted

I have to fill a Tender which asks for the process. It says

Standard Lab tests are to be carried out to prove that the Glass after proper Root treatment allows the passage of less than 0.1% of the radar waves incident of the panel.Alternatively the tests should show that the glass sample achieves an RCS of greater than 99.9% as compared to an equivalent steel plate.

We are in the business of Manuf. Marine Windows.

thanks,
