Issue on no coat on tip

Im a trainee on an electroplating industry... I want to help the engineers there to solve the problem regarding the issue on no coat on tip of a shaft... They are using standard parameters.. What could be the possible reason that trigger for such issue.. I will accept and investigate for whatever reason you may suggest. Thank you

Hi, Jose. We'd love for you to be successful on this early assignment, but you have given us absolutely nothing to go on at all. If we assume you are speaking about an electroplating process because you are a trainee in that industry, we still have no idea what the substrate is or what the plating is, and the steps that are involved.

But to contradict you: they are not using standard parameters, or the parameters are wrong and incomplete because, if you follow the procedures, you are supposed to get proper plating. If not, what is the purpose of the procedures?  :-)

Give us some details to work with. Good luck.

Regards,
