Aluminum okay material of construction for food dehydrator?

What temperature does aluminum become dangerous? I am a Mechanical Engineering student building a food dehydrator for a school project.
The shell of the dehydrator is a aluminum storage cabinet. I need to know if aluminum can be exposed to air at 70°C and then blown past food? Will this be safe?
