Looking for a cannon
July 22, 2008
Hello,
I am part of a maritime and pirate re-enactors group. We have been looking for a cannon that we will build the carriage for. We are interested in a percussion cap lock and somewhere between a 4-6 pounder. We want to be able to haul the beast in a pick up. I would appreciate any guidance or information on where and how to go about purchasing a barrel.
Thanks,

Your best bet is to probably get in touch with a few civil war re-enactors they always seem to know where to get cannons.
