Hi, Godfrey. May we assume you're talking about electroless copper plating?
If you have a specific problem, or a specific theory about something that you'd like the readers to consider, please let us know. If you are just looking for instruction and reading on how the chemistry works, perhaps Electroplating and Electroless Plating of Copper and Its Alloys
⇦[this on
on Amazonaffil links] by N. Kanani will prove helpful. Good luck.

"Electroless Plating Fundamentals" by Hajdu and Mallory [on eBay , Amazon, or AbeBooks affil links] is probably the most complete reference for electroless plating. They were 2 of the giants of electroless plating. It is in the list of books at this site.

CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF OPENS AND SHORTS ON THE PC BOARDS AND IF POSSIBLE CAN You ALSO TELL HOW TO REDUCE.ITS VERY URGENT CAUSE I'm BUSY ON A PROJECT.

This is a guess. "OPENS" caused by poor manufacture or flexing of the board. "SHORTS" are cause by the lines being too close to each other for the voltage carried or sloppy manufacturing or inadvertent contact of two lines by some other metal.
