Hydrogen deembrittlement
Sir, I would like to know after how much time hydrogen deembrittlement is to be done after zinc plating and what are the process controlled parameter.

Hi, Manmohan. You should be plating to specifications and they should tell you. Baking within 3 hours at 375 deg. F for 4 hours is a common spec, but some call for baking sooner or longer. Good luck.

The harder the material being plated, the quicker it needs to get into the oven. We used 15 minutes as a goal for cad plating.
