Slick proofing my jon boat

I just put a aluminum floor in my 16' WeldCraft jon boat. The aluminum sheet has a smooth surface and is going to be very slick. Have any ideas on what I can use to paint this stuff and make it slick proof?

If you had thought about it earlier, you could have used textured non slip aluminium.
But now you could consider buying non-slip tape as used on stair treads (outdoor grade). Just remember to get the aluminium really clean if you want the adhesive to stand up to marine conditions.
