EN plating on zinc diecast part without copper flash




We are platers of Bright Nickel, Electroless nickel, Bright Nickel With Trivalent Chrome and Blackening.
One of My customer asked for ENP on Zinc Die cast part without Copper Flash.

Please Suggest solution for this problem.

Yes it is being done. The answer is a strike plate in an alkaline electroless nickel which is formulated for this purpose. As far as I know, it is a proprietary formulation.
