Can control panel problems be attributed to powder finish?
Dear readers,
we are one of the leading control panel manufacturers in india, recently we are facing certain problems of control panels assembled in powder coating plates, mostly PLC and variable speed drives and other electronic components are involved in this panel. If any PLC is malfunctioning , the manufacturer always committed that failure due to powder coating panel plates. for better conductivity electro plated panel plates only to solve the problem.
But we are not fully accepted this solution.
this is my problem if any one answer this problem , please.

I wish I understood your question, Ravi, but I don't. The subpanels upon which PLCs and variable speed drives are mounted are virtually always powder coated, although the mounting plates of PLCs, drives, and contactors are usually zinc plated and chromated. Please try to clarify what you are asking. Thanks.
