Refurbishing porcelain panels

I need help on how to refurbish porcelain panels. Can anyone help me.

Can you give us some context, Eddie? These panels are used in church steeples? What do you mean by refurbish? True porcelain is not paint, it is more similar to melted glass, and in general you cannot porcelain coat things except in a factory that can provide sufficient temperature to melt the frit.
