Selecting strainer material and teflon coating of it
Sir,
I am currently working on a project that would require a non-stick surface for a screen mesh similar to a strainer. The screen will be subject to temperatures up to 170-200 degrees. What is the best material for the screen mesh? What is the best non-stick substance? where can I purchase this substance? Thank you!

It really depends on the screen size and what you are screening and why. Some screen materials are foodsafe and others aren't; same for coating materials. Electropolished stainless steel may be ideal if the sieve size is large enough for practical fabrication.
