Does anyone knows where to buy specs for Mil-A-6375A?

It is probably a misprint. Most likely you are looking for MIL-A-63576 A, "Aluminum Oxide Coatings, Lubricative, for Aluminum and Aluminum alloys" which describes hardcoat anodize with PTFE, such as our Lukon 24(tm).
